This worked great for our barn door that originally came with cheap floor/door guide. No drilling into the floor of our new house. My husband switched the rollers around and the larger roller is on the outside of the door, smaller roller is between the baseboard and door. Holds the door in place perfectly and it rolls nicely...so worth it. When we first got it, it looked too big and bulky, but it was perfect.

Super well made... very heavy duty. Totally simple to install. If you didn't get one like this with your door or if you just need a new one I can highly recommend this. My door came with a rather inexpensive plastic guide, so we got this. Smooth and quiet operation.

Fits great and have a number of adjustments to allow it to work for your installation needs. Matched the style of our barn doors also. So far so good! 😊
