This has helped me tremendously in the car through a chronic lower back/hip injury- really made a difference as the way car seats slant makes my problem much worse. Offers support exactly where needed and cocoons you in a comfortable position. It’s bulkier than others but got that reason is more effective.

I've only received this cushion this morning, so it's not a long term review but so far so good. It's comfortable and offers good support at my back. Not sure about the colour lol but I can live with it. Would recommend.

This back support works better than I expected but you need to position it correctly. It’s light, portable and is certainly relieving my back pain - I’ve only been using it for two days so hopefully this will continue to improve. I can see how it would work well as a head rest, foot rest etc. The only slight downside is that it is covered in a white and pale coloured material so will probably start to look dirty quite quickly. A washable cover or choice of solid darker colours would be really good - there are no instructions as to how to clean it. That said, i will probably be ordering another to keep on my office chair!

This is quite comfy and although it doesn't cure all my ills, it definately helps my back when sitting.

I had a bad bout of sciatica which resulted in a week off work and me being unable to perform normal tasks for daily living. This cushion was part of my recovery. I used it for sitting on the sofa (once able to get downstairs again), also for my knees and as a head cushion for a nap. I am still using it in bed overnight as i sleep in the small of my back (just above my bottom) in conjunction with a cushion under my knees. It relieves the pain and is part of the things helping me recover. Glad i bought it.

Seems to be helping well with persistent back ache- much relieved whenever sitting with this cushion. Can feel the difference when I have sat somewhere without it!

I have suffered with my back and this has really helped me to sleep comfortably. Love it
