I have been taking a multi-vitamin daily since my early 20s. Alive has all the vitamins a woman over 50 needs except for calcium. I take an extra 500 mg calcium with Vit D along with this vitamin. Good product from a well-known brand.

i cannot say these vitamins were as effective as described; however, i am a kidney transplant recipient and my energy level has been very-very low. i have been searching for a vitamin to help boost my energy level and thusfar i have not been able to find anything that has been able to do that. this should not discourage anyone from buying this product because i may be a worse case scenario and looking for some kind of miracle product that does not exist. the delivery time and the customer relations was great,
