Husband loves it.
Perfect for any Arsenal fan. I wish it was dish washer safe.

Bad quality
This product came dirty, as in dirty on the bottom of the cup. There was also a chip/scratch on the mug. We had just taken it out of the box, but it was damaged. Not a fan. Would not purchase again.

Too delicate for even a hand wash.
After one washing in the sink, the paint started peeling.I wish they offered a regular Arsenal mug, without the heat activation nonsense.
