Heatshield Products 177004 HP Header Armor 18" x 24" x 1/4" Thick

Product shipped within hours of me ordering which is a big plus. My b18 Integra has a log style turbo manifold that was causing heat soak to my AC condenser despite having high quality fans. I noticed a huge decrease in under hood temps immediately after installing this material. My car no longer overheats! The material trims and forms to shape easily. It also includes some wire in the box to help hold it down. If I had taken more time to design my trimming, my application would look a lot better. But even with the recirculating waste gate in the way I was able to wrap my header without much fuss. The 18x24in sheet left me with about half left over.

Used it on my can am commander to cut down heat!! Alot of work for me in my situation but this stuff really works!! Pricey but it works!!!

I would avoid this like the plague. Despite following coverage instructions it overheated my headers to redhot, destroyed the paint and flash rusted the headers. I lost my money on buying this and now have to salvage my headers.

Somewhat unpleasant to work with, it wrapped well around the exhaust manifold. It did achieve some reduction in the amount of heat radiating into the engine compartment during driving, my goal.

Exactly what I needed to cover my exaust headers. Factory is too expensive and the rust off.

This stuff works wonderful I use it on my turbo headers i use it on my downpipe I use it on practically everything and it really does keep the temperature down
