Great laptop
I feel like most of these bad reviews are a case of user error... Great value for money and AMD Ryzen is way better than Intel as any enthusiast will tell you. I specifically wanted a Ryzen 5 laptop and for this spec your only other options are Lenovo or Huawei. I've not had it long and it does get pretty hot, but I've ran PCs at much higher temperatures for years so it's not a major concern. Also lighter than I expected, but feels sturdy rather than the flimsy plastic some laptops are made from.

Great Laptop, Great Price
I am very pleased with my purchase! Not only does it do what I want, but I love the fact I managed to get it cheaper than I expected. I thought I would have to pay £500 for it, but, due to small mark below the screen, I got it for approx. £125 cheaper.

This is the 15.6 FHD anti-glare model.
The product is actually quite nice. good size, HD camera if you want a laptop for work or school purposes. I bought this laptop for school and light gaming purposes. Imma try to make this review simple Good things: .Thin .Fast and zippy .HD webcam .Good for light gaming. (League of legends, Minecraft, GTA5 on low setting apparently but double check that) .Sound is great .Has biometrics (fingerprint scanner) good for security Bad things: .Heats up really quickly and gets really hot even when you aren't doing demanding tasks. .Doesnt have a backlit keyboard on this model. Hard to type in a low light setting Conclusion: I would recommend it since its good for the purpose. Great for students. Maybe a cooling fan which is like 20 quid. and great for light gaming. lightning fast laptop.
After doing a lot of research for my needs i chose this laptop.The speed of it is fantastic.It is 100 times faster than my previous dell which was 10 years old.I have only used it for a few days so cant comment on many of the features but very impressed so far.

Not usable
So when I first got it, the only thing I didn’t like was the charger broke the first day. Everything else worked perfectly. After a few weeks, things stopped working. I wasn’t able to type without it glitching, the screen kept freezing. Then it just shut down. I brought it to computer repair and they found bits of tape and ribbon in the computer, saying it looked like someone tried to fix it very badly. For the amount it’d cost to fix it I might as well buy a new computer. Don’t buy this. I left a positive review before it starting acting up so I’d take the positive reviews with a pinch of salt.

Really good value for money
This laptop is amazing! The display and sound are very high quality. Can run multiple programs at once including games. I play star wars online and I'm able to turn the graphics all the way up considering it is not really built for gaming that is very good. The size is also very nice.

Windows10 capable
Bought for my wife to replace on older laptop that struggled with bloated Windows10. This one goes much faster and she is happy with it.

Are laptops more expensive than they used to be??
First of all the battery life is horrible, just over 2 hours isnt good enough for a laptop, it mayaswell be a mini desktop because its always plugged in. The screen is a very low quality 1080p panel, very low clarity so not ideal for watching films. It does boot up very quick which is good and the keyboard and trackpad are nice. Gaming on this is very limited, i run football manager 2020 on it which works fine but anything more will struggle. Its more suited for students or browsing but then again they dont need a graphics card so a different laptop with more storage would be advised. I find it very hard to recommend this laptop.

Laptop hangs every 30 min
Laptop hangs every 30 min or so. Battery back up is around 1-2 hours only. Overall I am not satisfied with the product.
