This does not fit Robin EX21
The filter leaves space around the outside of filter for dust to enter the fuel system. In addition it is just a hair longer than the air cleaner fixture causing you to need to bend in edges of ends to fit.

You don't original parts such as brand names
This unit cured my rich gasoline issue. The chipper ran for about 45 minutes without any black smoke. Problem solved.Thanks to Amazon, the filter arrived sooner than expected.
