Great backless bench
This backless bench is a great addition to any outdoor area needing additional seating. Very sturdy and easy to assemble. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Was refurbished!
Instuction were good but each end of the bench were different. Apparently it was used and support piece broke so it was relocated. Not a perfect look on the bottom. I would have returned but it was on the bottom and unseen. Seems to support the weight. She likes it.

Sturdy and as depicted. Took me less than 10 min to set up, and I'm not a workman.

Smaller than what I was expecting
It's smaller than what I was expecting however the dimensions were provided. And another however, it fit my spot on the porch for it perfectly. I got it for deliveries and all my deliveries have been put on the porch floor beside the bench since. But it looks smart enough by golly.

Great Bench - Arrived Damaged - Non-Existant Customer Service!
Update: I ordered three more of these - even with the problem I had with the first bench arriving broken since they are easy to assemble and the perfect size.All of them arrived damaged!!!!!!Its too bad, because this would be a 5-star review if virtually every item I have received has required me to hire a handyman to fix them.Customer service finally did contact me and said they couldn't do anything except return the entire item. They couldn't reimburse the cost of repair - but would pay to ship three very heavy benches back to them!I still love the bench, but this company has serious quality control issues if all benches are damaged in shipping. I'm surprised Amazon allows them to continue.... but then again, I love the bench in spite of everything.----------------------------------Original Review.The bench arrived with great packing. An outer Amazon box and then the original Furinno box - so it was not damaged in shipping.The bench had two cross-supports loose in the box. You can see in the photos, that they seem to have been glues at some point and it looks like they were forced from their original position by some tool that left a mark.Email to [email protected] link from their website has gone unanswered. I've checked junk mail every day to see if it ended up there, but nothing!I'll keep the bench since it is just what I need - and will pay my handyman to repair the bench.But there is no excuse for sending damaged furniture that someone had to know was damaged since they threw the two loose parts into the box.Too bad, since the bench is great and easy to assemble.Just be aware that quality control and customer service don't seem to be important to this company.
