Quality reservoir
Received item and appears to be factory item. Removed and installed with minimal issues and fitment was exactly like the old one. Ran for nearly half an hour with no apparent problems and no visible leaking. Dollar for dollar this is a good replacement item and it looks exactly like the old one too. Test will be in a few days to see if I need to add more coolant. Will update later. Pic is of the old one I replace. Leaking internally?? No visible damage but definitely leaking.

Direct replacement
Fits perfectly. 16 Silverado had a slow coolant leak coming from tank. Simple install, remove air filter housing and hose. Then 2 bolts and 3 spring action hose clamps to remove tank. Drop it in and fill it up and you are good to go.
