i install one of these in every car i getbut this is the first time i tryed this oneand might i say it was the easiest one i have every installedand looks the besti will only buy this one and will onlytell ppl i know to buy thisif you need one this is the one for you buy it now

This was for an extra outlet in my car. It wired in okay but comes apart when used. When I put a plug in it and then try to remove the plug the power socket comes out of the bracket. I have tried just about everything to get it to stay put (tape, super glue) but it still comes apart.

I am not able to use it at this time in my car. If they can not make it work in my car, I will probably give it to my son for his car.

My used car came without a power outlet! Go figure! so this worked just fine. However, to have it installed caused way more than the actual product. Even so I am happy with this because now I can charge my phone/iPad on the go and also use my car vacuum

I just received the power socket, before I installed it, I noticed that the cover hinge was weak. I pluged in my power plug and noted how poorly the contacts are. The cover broke off the second time I opened it.Don't buy this, it is junk

easy way to add power for an accessory behind the dash. and very easy to install..
