Masterpieces: Chalet Architecture + Design: Architecture + Design (édition français - allemand - anglais)

I bought this book because I hoped to find useful informations and pictures on "chalets", that is, the typical cosy alpine houses in wood and stone of which the swiss chalet is the archetype. Unfortunately, I found that, of the more than 60 "chalets" illustrated in this book, only a dozen would qualify - to my eyes - as "chalets"; all the others are of aggressive, angular, sharp, naked, modern architecture with flat roofs, or roofs with violent and improbable angles, not "chalets" at all. I found that the title of this book is too misleading, and I felt cheated.
