There was only one course of action open to me - order another Fairywill Sonic Toothbrush.I have been using this brand for the past 18 months, and they are so much better value for money in terms of performance, durability and overall quality compared to the Philips and Oral B versions.This one was no exception - it looks great, performs brilliantly and the battery lasts for a good duration. I've been using this one 2-3 times a day for the past 2 weeks, and still haven't recharged. Fairywill have produced an excellent alternative to the far more expensive toothbrush manufacturers! (You know who you are!)After years of my wife swearing by a big name brand electric toothbrush, we tried Fairywill. So pleased we did. Here’s why:1. Value for money.This particular toothbrush costs less than 3 heads for our big name brand toothbrush! It also comes with 3 heads in the box & an interdental brush. (See photos) = great value!2. Design.Easy to hold. Slightly larger than a traditional toothbrush and thicker (see photo) but still very easy to hold and control.Pleasing colour scheme & nice Matt finish. Gold detail round the top. Nice simple single letter graphics on the front. Looks professional.3. Usage.The key thing with any electric/sonic toothbrush is does it clean your teeth effectively? I can honestly say that this Fairywill toothbrush does it wonderfully well. The first time you use it, it does feel a little odd, (especially if you are ticklish), like a bee is buzzing about in your mouth, but this soon wears off, then you just feel a gentle hum. Don’t push hard on your teeth just allow the bristles to rest on them and they will do the job very well. The brush action pauses every 30 seconds to remind you to move to the next section of your mouth, it does this until the 2 minutes are up. Afterward you will certainly feel a difference! Smooth and shiny teeth!You also have 5 settings depending on what you prefer. White. Clean. Sensitive. Polish. Massage. I tend to use the “Clean” mode mostly. However I’d did recently have a little discomfort and swelling in my gum line and I found the “Massage” setting to be very helpful in dealing with the swelling. A little uncomfortable at first but after a few days the swelling went down. I assume whatever was causing the gum to swell was gently massaged out. Whatever it did it seemed to work for me anyway.4. Practicality.One of the Brilliant things about this toothbrush is the battery life. It lasts for ages! A few hours on charge when I received my toothbrush have lasted over a month with no real discernible loss of power. This is because unlike an electric toothbrush with a moving brush head, this toothbrush’s bristles vibrate rather than rotate. This means when you go away (unless it’s for months) there’s no need to take yet another charger with you!Another thing I love about this toothbrush, is that it’s waterproof. I love cleaning my teeth in the shower! This is not to say you could drop it in the bath & it wouldn’t be affected, however to all intents and purposes it works great under the shower and cleans off nicely.Finally, the twist and pull brush head replacement is simplicity itself. It’s not hard to change the head & they stay nice and tight on the main body so there’s no danger of them falling off or becoming loose as you are using the toothbrush. (Just remember to remove the head occasionally to clean the stem from the build up of toothpaste.)The best recommendation i can give is that I will never go back to a rotary electric toothbrush ever againAll in all a brilliant product at an affordable price ! The only problem you’ll have is deciding which model to choose! Enjoy!

There is also a really neat inter dental brush for thorough cleaning between the teeth, I bought this i=one for my wife partly because she is now using mine and I though it would be good if she had her own.I recommend this design of brush.
