Great Switcher!
First I am happy with the weight of this switcher. That's important for it to stay in place with so many large and heavy cables attached to it. It also has "sticky" feet that help keep it from sliding around. I am using the wired switch remote at this time and it works nicely. I have attempted briefly to try using the keyboard to make the switch change hosts, but it didn't work. My main computer is a Linux workstation so I'm not real hopeful it will work. I'm going to attempt changing the keys used to do the switching to something that would work, but this is not high on my priorities since the wired remote works great. It's nice having this out of sight. I attached a USB hub to it so I can have my webcam follow the switch. I like how the audio is connected has well so I can connect speaker to the switch and the audio follows the switch too. While it is very nice they supplied all the cables, they are on the cheap end of the quality spectrum. The main cable is such that the audio goes through the HDMI connection and splits out on the computer side. This is very helpful in 2 ways: 1) it cuts down on the number of separate cables running all around the desk, and 2) Most computers send audio out the HDMI by default when an HDMI cable is connected so you are not having to go into settings and direct the audio out the audio interface. This is critical when making switches between hosts because switching off and then back on again would likely reset the audio settings. The one thing that I don't like is the loud beep that occurs when switching. It's not only loud, but an annoying frequency. If I can't disable it (don't know if this is possible yet), I will likely open it and either remove the speaker or cover it so it's not as loud. I would definitely buy this again if needed and would recommend to friends. Now I'm kind of wishing I had the money to afford a 4-host switch. I hope the switch holds up over time and use.

An Excellent Monitor/Input Switch For The Most Part
I bought this unit to switch monitors and keyboard/mouse use between my work and home PCs. For the most part, it handles this task well with a few exceptions... I learned right away that the monitor types work best if you use the same input type. My old work laptop had an HDMI and a VGA output (ditigal and analog) where my home PC had two HDMI outs. My monitors are older and have both DVI and VGA inputs. Everything worked great from my home PC as all of the connections were digital flowing to this box over HDMI, and coming out through HDMI to DVI cables. The VGA output from the work laptop required another converter to turn the signal into a digital one before entering this switch. As a result, I had some resolution and quality differences between the two differing types of inputs. Once I got a newer work laptop with two HDMI outputs, my worries were over in this regard. The reason I'm giving it four stars over five is that on occasion switching back and forth, one of the two systems will "forget" that there is a second monitor long enough to take all of my open windows and cram them on one screen. Fixing it is a matter of dragging and dropping back to the re-recognized monitor. A small annoyance, but enough to make this an imperfect product. Also, once or twice, the keyboard and mouse have stopped working. Power cycling the unit immediately solved this.

Works perfectly and simple to install and use
This product has worked perfectly since I first set it up (about a month now of daily 12+ hr use). The housing feels solid and the buttons aren't loose or cheap so it feels like a well made item. Its pretty easy to set up but one word of caution - double check your input and output ports. Map out your cables and ends on a piece of paper before you buy anything. I didn't do this and had to end up looking for some extra cables around my office, no big deal though. The unit transfers between one computer and the other in milliseconds and with no display or mouse/keyboard issues (my keyboard is wired, my mouse is wireless). My printer, which is hard wired, also works perfectly. The toggle switch's footprint is small, which is also nice. I had the unit set up and working in about 10 minutes (minus time spent looking for cables). For the record, I'm running a custom personal PC with a GTX980 card and a Dell Lattitude 5591 work laptop through a Dell WD-19 docking station. The cables connecting the laptop run from the docking station to the KVM unit and the cables running the personal PC run from the back of the PC itself. Make sure each computer you hook up is capable of running your desired screen set up on its own before purchasing. Price point is great and no complaints yet about the quality so I'd definitely recommend this product for anyone in the KVM switch market.

Stopped working
Bought this KVM switch in April 2020. Worked fine until August 2020 when one of the computers I have connected to the switch (let's call it Computer A) stopped accepting signals from the connected keyboard. No big deal, I just used a second keyboard plugged directly into Computer A. Sure, it was annoying, but it still mostly worked. In October 2020, Computer A started accepting signals from the keyboard attached to the KVM switch again (through no action of my own; it just started working again), but then, one of the monitors connected to the KVM switch says "NO SIGNAL" no matter which computer (A or B) is currently selected on the KVM switch. To make sure it wasn't a problem with the HDMI cables, I swapped in new HDMI cables in both of the "HDMI OUT" ports that go to the displays. No matter what I plugged into the port labeled "HDMI OUT B" on the KVM switch, it didn't work. The "HDMI OUT B" port simply just stopped working for no reason. I can think of no reason why a $120 piece of equipment failed within 6 months other than suspect workmanship. This device worked fine for a bit and was great when it did, but unless you want to roll the dice on needing to buy a new one twice a year, I'd look for one from a different manufacturer.

Great KVM Switch That Works
After my wife's IT department couldn't seem to get her what she needed to set up her multi-display to work from home, I decided to just get it done myself. I looked all over for switchers that would work plug and play, no need to download drivers, and weren't hundreds of dollars. After a lot of research, including user reviews, I settled in on this KVM switcher and a few USB-to-HDMI convertors. You HAVE TO HAVE two HDMI ports on both of your computers/devices, or at least have the ability to convert to have two (if you are converting, it is HIGHLY recommended that at least one of the HDMI inputs be direct, not converted, and you not convert both ends of the HDMI). Long story short, now my wife has a setup which includes our home PC, her work laptop, and two external monitors. With just the flick of the input box button, she can easily switch between home PC input and her work laptop input. All of our peripheral devices (mouse, keyboard, printer, BT speaker, etc.) all work perfected with both devices through the KVM switcher. You may have to tweak things at first just to get both devices to recognize the monitors and any convertors or peripherals, but once everything is burned-in properly, it runs like a champ. We needed to buy a USB-C to HDMI convertor which also included audio and USB 2.0 ports, and it works just fine. I would totally recommend this device as a cheaper, but fully functional, option to other name brand switchers. Save yourself a couple of hundred dollars and get this one.

Decent, but broke after 9 months.
Originally ordered in March of 2020... had to replace it in December of 2020. Overall, this was a pretty good KVM switch. Initially, it was perfect and did everything I expected it to do. No issues... but over time, I started to see some weird glitches. Nothing that prevented me from using the switch, but the indicator lights (indicating which machine I was using) became unreliable... sometimes they would work, sometimes the wouldn't. Not a big deal, as I was still able to switch systems without any problems, but... Then, in the last two days, the switch suddenly stopped powering my keyboard and mouse when on machine 1. No warning, nothing. Just... no longer worked. Currently, I have both devices connected directly to the PC in order to write this review. I've ordered a new switch that should be delivered later today, as I really need that functionality for work, and since everything is already set up to use this device, this just seemed easier... but I would have expected a longer use-life out of this equipment than just 9 months. If the second one lasts longer, than I'll just write this first one off as a lemon and move on, but if the new one also dies in less than a year, I will NOT recommend this device.

Time Saver
It took a while to find this KVM, but once I did it was an easy decision. it's small and compact and fits nicely on my desk. with HDMI cables it's limited to 1080P, but that's exactly what I needed. The screen is awesome and the resolution is perfect. I'm not tech-savvy, but I am a frequent user! I have a very complex set up with two different style Laptop docs. One normal Dell and the other for the Microsoft Surface Pro Doc. I also use a wireless doc without any issues. I thought I knew better and tried to set a few things up without using the instructions. I learned that the mouse and keyboard drivers need to reload through the kvm for the wireless M&K to work. If you are using a KVM, you probably have a complex set up similar to mine. The owners put their skyp address on the front cover of the manual. I thought I would just send them a message and check in the morning. This guy responded in less than five minutes. Not only did he walk me through the setup, but he also walked through several different variations. He was amazing to work with. I never leave reviews for products, but his customer service was so good, I would recommend this product to everyone. With that being said, the switch works awesome! As expected! a simple double click of the mouse roller and I switch between personal and work computer. Please if you have any questions ask me.

Ports are failing less than one year into use
This KVM filled a need as I transitioned to working from home during the COVID pandemic, and I was initially delighted with its performance. However, there were two problems. Problem #1: the proprietary cables which bundle inputs from monitors, keyboard, and mouse are easy to break at the KVM end. I had to order replacements literally the first day I used my KVM due to the cable's HDMI end severing during setup. Problem #2: ~9 months into using this switch, the mouse-designated USB port has begun to fail. The mouse pointer response got choppy, then failed to detect inputs at all. I can't find any warranty info or tech support for my issue at all (Amazon directs you to the manufacturer, and CKL website's ability to communicate in English is...well, not great). I haven't even successfully found the product page for this switch on CKL's website yet. For something at this price point, I'd expect more than a year of reliable function. CKL needs to put some engineering work into durability and longevity, and maybe establish a recognizable web presence for their English-speaking customer base. I am disappointed.

Good quality and solid product
Well, i was sure i reviewed this when I purchased it. This is effectively an update. I purchased this unit because of the pandemic. I started working from home and had to have similar setup to work. I also wanted to be able to switch to my personal PC without having to double everything. This switch is what I was looking for. My first impression when i received the switch is that is was nice and solid. The box is very well made, the switches and of good quality. I started setting this up and found that the instruction were not very good. With a little search on the WEB and youtube, I found additional information that help. I had one problem with the switch. The provided cables were not working very well. The USB connection quality was bad and, if you moved the wires, just a little, you would break connection to the keyboard and the HDMI. So I wrote to the manufacturer explaining my problem. To my surprise, they replied the next day. They said they would send my new cables and that I should received them in a few weeks (it does come from China). They actually showed me the package with the tracking number. Well the cables never arrived. I wrote them again. Again, they replied the next day, wow. I explained that I did not received the cables. They were really good and said they were shipping new cables again. This time, I received them in about a week. Verified the cable and now it works perfectly. The product quality is very good. It does everything I wanted. It also has an additional remove switch to make it simple for the user to switch back and forth between computer, really nice. The service response has been one of the real good one compared to many other places, they actually reply. Just that is very nice. So, the switch is good quality, works well, customer service is really good and they do what they say. What else do you want. Would i recommend this product, ABSOLUTELY. Just make sure you know what you are buying and what you are doing. Don't expect miracles. It does what it should do and does it well. We will see in a year from now if the product lasts Have fun

Pretty good
Made the mistake of not plugging in the device's power supply since it worked at setup, but it performed very oddly without it. There's a bit of lag when switching to my PC (as expected) that surprisingly isn't there when switching to my laptop which might be due to using a HDMI-USB C adaptor on my laptop.

It works
I needed a KVM to assist in working from home. I had tried a more expensive KVM but could not get it to hold the connections in a stable manner so I had to send it back. I searched for another device and found the CKL unit (which was half the price of the previous one). I unpacked it and was surprised how small it was. I connected everything to it and it worked first time and has remained working ever since. I can switch by keyboard, mouse, button or a wired remote. Picture quality is great and my wireless keyboard (KLIM) works with no problems. I am using a DVI-to-HDMI adaptor on my desktop and two Displayport-to-HDMI connectors on my laptop. I also had to get a (Sabrent) external USB sound adaptor for my laptop to connect sound and microphone (the laptop had no suitable ports). The only issue I have had is that, very occasionally, my wireless mouse (Microsoft) sometimes gets over exuberant with scrolling. I have found that if I turn the KVM off and back on again it fixes it (or unplug the mouse dongle and reinsert it). All-in-all a great little device and good value for money.

Works well.
I have this switching two additional monitors between a desktop and a work laptop. Works well. Loses one star because occasionally the keyboard won't switch over and needs to be unplugged and plugged back into the unit again for it to switch.

CKL-922HUA_Highly Recommended_Great Customer service- Instructive and Informative
I bought CKL HDMI to work from home with 2 laptops, company's laptop and a customer laptop. Working in small screen is not desirable so I wanted to be able to switch between two laptops to get them displayed in 24" monitors. At first I did not get the switch to work, so I did contact their customer service getting a very informative and instructive response. Thanks to the instructions I did manage to get the Switch working. In addition Johnny (CKL Customer Service Agent ) provided me with other tips in relation to connecting the 2nd video output. CKL KVM highly recommend!!
