Cafe Delight Deluxe Hot Cocoa Mix | 50 Count Box

Super smooth and comforting hot chocolate mix! I’m hoping it’s back in stock soon. I made some Christmas baskets for co-workers and included a few packets along with a Christmas mug, cookies, homemade vanilla extract, and a few other goodies. The Cafe Delight Hot Cocoa was even better received than my homemade bourbon vanilla extract by a few people. A couple hinted for me to bring them some more.

For years, I have Butternut Hot Cocoa Mix pkgs and it just disappeared. Contacted maker and was told no longer manu-factured. Suggested Delight Deluxe Hot Cocoa as a good sub. Ordered it, and love it better. Richer and very satisfying. Actually cheaper than B'nut by the box. Better than Swiss Miss, etc. other brands at store.

Taste exactly like butternut

For years, like most of you, we were Butternut aficionados. It was the best hot cocoa in the world and then it was gone. Most of us spent time trying to find a decent replacement and that proved to be very difficult.I kept hearing about Cafe Delight's hot cocoa mix and how it was comparable to Butternut; however, they all seemed to make that claim. I finally did a taste test and it was true - Cafe Delight's hot cocoa was the closest thing to Butternut I could find. I just got in a new box and I look forward to sipping hot chocolate when the weather turns cold.

It’s okay, but it’s obviously not Butter-nut. It’s a little too sweet and not creamy enough.The deal killer for me is that nowhere in the description does it say it only makes 6 oz.I think 6 oz hot chocolate packets are a rip off.I won’t throw it away, but I won’t be ordering more either.

Most of the packets came open. I had bought it as a gift for someone in my household and of course we randomly share. I took a few to work and saw there was power coming off them and upon closer inspection I saw they were open. I inspected quite a few when I got home and yep found more that were not properly sealed. So disappointing especially since this was the last gift I bought for my loved one.
