Ph Balancing Rinse No.7

I absolutely love this product. I initially purchased it at a local beauty supply store when I was living in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, that store closed down and I have searched far and wide for a beauty shop that carries this product. When it occurred to me to look on Amazon, I was pleasantly surprised. The price for the product is the same as what I paid when I originally purchased this item locally. With respect to hair chemistry, hair is primarily composed of the protein keratin. This protein is coated by sebum, an oily substance that is secreted from the sebaceous gland accompanying the hair's root. Sebum is slightly acidic and gives hair an overall acidic pH between 5 and 6.8. A primary characteristic of popular commercial shampoos is that they contain some kind of detergent or soap to "clean" the hair. The chemical detergents are rather basic on the pH scale and when hair is exposed to these chemicals it alters the pH. This alteration in pH can leave hair dull and susceptible to breakage. Now onto the product review. The Chihtsai balancing rinse corrects the damage done by shampoos that alter the hair's natural pH. I have fine brown hair and store bought shampoos really take a toll on my hair. The Chihtsai finishing rinse repairs this damage by restoring my hair's pH to its natural range. I usually only shampoo my hair every 3 or 4 days, but I use the Chihtsai rinse every day regardless of whether I shampoo or not. This regimen has made my hair stronger and silkier. The Chihtsai rinse also smells wonderful and is not overpowering. When using this product you might notice a slight tingling sensation on your scalp, but this is normal and I like the sensation. It also helps with general scalp itchiness caused by my Eczema and allergies. I absolutely love this product and would recommend this brand to anyone.

Made my hair full and soft while not frizzy, which is amazing since I live on a VERY humid island!

This PH Balancing Rinse is Fantastic! Makes scalp feel wonderful and your hair will feel like silk and will blow in the wind! P. S. I also alternate using a keratin deep conditioner every other shampoo.

I have been using this Conditioner/Treatment intermitent from the last 15 years and is just great! My hair is fine, long, brown hair with highlights and has been working so well with just incredible results.

I have straight, medium weight hair. With age and hair coloring my hair is not as smooth as it was in my youth. This has brought back my youthful smooth, silky hair without making it greasy or heavy. Worth the price and the wait.

Didn't get to try it...when i received product from seller it looked used... when i opened it had a hair on in it and bottle not full
