If you need product support this is not the phone for you. I have yet to be able to find any support even on line for this phone. I would love to discover I am wrong. With that said, This phone has worked well for me. I find there are quirks for which I would love to have an easy solution. We have two of them purchased six months apart. I have the older one. I have abused mine. It is one tough phone. I have had a crack straight across the screen for six months and It still works well. The are a solid block there is no repairing them to my knowledge. Yet the function of the screen has not degraded as my last more expensive phone did. Yes I am rough on phones, but I can replace this phone for less than I could repair the screen on it's predecessor, and it does all the things I ever did on the one furnished by my employer. If they just had some support I believe they would have the market for functional phones.Warning if you use your phone for music or entertainment this is not the phone for you. You do need to keep it to your ear or the other end has a hard time with feed back. Yet it is a small computer you can carry in you pocket. I do like the O.T.G. which leaves you with unlimited access to files and memory. I have not used it for presentations yet, there is only one micro USB port, I would like two.

Worked great. Lots of storage. Good phone but quality was lacking. Charging pin inside phone broke after a few months leaving it unable to charge.

Was given as Christmas gift on 12/25/18 was set up 2/15/2019 and the charging port just quit working 5/31/19 so not even 4months and dang thing is broken!!

Special protective case, this wallet style case is both elegant and functional.

the only thing in this phone I really not like is the speaker phone is very bad quality. very noise to the client to call, they compliant to much word not clear , I my self no hear any clear voice .This is my second phone . and the first was stolen , and the same problem. other wise . so far so good.
