I am new to chinese tea and the brewing methods so I wanted a cheap way to dip my toes into it before delving further and this little pack was a fabulous way to get to know all the various flavor profiles. The little pellets break down beautifully into whole leaves after the initial wash, and release their aromas by the first steep. I am able to pull about 8-9 steeps before the flavor begins to thin out.My favorite so far has been the glutinous rice ones so I'm happy that there are 6 of those vs just 3 in the packet, as it has a nice rich rice flavor that reminds me of japanese rice tea. My least favorite has been the raw pu erh one as it had an overwhelming grassy green tea bitter astringency to it. Maybe I need to use a lower temp, I still have 2 more pellets to play with. The rose one was my favorite in terms of smell, it was very floral and soothing, but the flavor was way too floral for my liking.Overall the tea has been excellent, not mind blowing, but delicious enough to entice me to look into ordering tea from china while I finish the rest of this sampler set. Having a different flavor to try everyday has been incredibly fun.

This tea is so good I think Uncle Iroh would violate his ethics to drink it.And you get a cool bag that will make a great dice bag!

This set of Pu-erh tea mini cakes offers a nice selection of flavors, and the packaging makes it easy to enjoy one at a time. Each cake has a rich, earthy taste typical of Yunnan Pu-erh, and I appreciate that there are ten different varieties to explore. The tea brews well and works for both cooked and uncooked preparations, adding versatility. My only small drawback is that a few flavors are a bit mild for my preference. Overall, a good purchase for anyone who enjoys Pu-erh tea and wants to try different profiles!

The overall strength of flavor on the sticky rice side is amazing, so delicious!

Have only had a few so can’t really comment on the taste - hence the middling rating - but decided to dump them all out to find & select tonight’s tea when I spotted bug holes nibbled through the Peach flavor wrapper. Further investigation found little dead beetles inside too. Tossed the other peach flavor as its wrapper was discolored and the brick inside was all broken up, but all the other pucks and their wrappers seem intact and ok. Just glad the bugs were dead (and the suspect pucks discarded before anything could hatch).

I am an avid tea drinker. I am considered to be very knowledgeable on all facets of teas from around the world, tea ware, etc. it’s a passion of mine. These tuo cha disks are perfect little single use for my gaiwans. They’re so convenient. I now bring them to work with me. What blew me away the most, was the lavender ones!!! I’m in love!!! The flavor is amazing. I have been looking online to try and grab them in bulk, but can’t find just lavender tuo’s anywhere. I would love for this company to offer single flavors as well. Other than that, which is an easy added benefit for them, this tea variety sampler is an absolute winner! Every flavor is on point, true to its name/variety. Each tea has been processed correctly (no stale, moldy , or fishy hints). In my opinion, these are a great product, especially for this price. Thank you so much for putting these out there for everyone to enjoy!!!!

First, love the bag. The tea is super delicious. I’m not a tea expert, so I don’t know all the common descriptors. I will say the tea pods are super easy to handle and drop into the strainer. The taste is full bodied, smooth, flavorful, and no musky earth or bitter taste. I am very pleased to share this tea with guests. Will buy again!

Absolutely horrible. It all taste like someone went to their local woodland area and blindly grab a whole bunch of leaves and press them into their tiny little mold like how are they gonna know. And of course you can return them or get a refund, convenient. There's been no fermentation, just rot. One of them, (I tried a few to be sure) even tasted like eggs yolk and smells like fish. I'm monitoring myself to see if I die soon. If there no update in a few days, I eighter died or forgot all about this.
