POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE CLOCK WORKED FOR LESS THAN A YEAR
In less than a year the clock stopped working. Thinking it needed a new battery, I replaced it. It still didn't work. After contacting Alessi for help, they said they couldn't help me because they were the "online store" and to take it back to where I bought it. So, I contacted the main contact email for Alessi customer service and have heard nothing back from them. POOR customer service.

Cheaply made. Can't see time from all directions because of the hooded portion around the face of the clock. I returned for refund.
