I recently downsized my daily lug-around tech from a 13" laptop to a 10" Surface Go setup. Seemed silly to keep lugging it around in a larger, and heavier, backpack so I went looking for a smaller one. I found this, and I'm glad I did. It's very well constructed, doesn't feel like it's going to fall apart any time soon. I've been using it for a month or so now and have no qualms at all to be honest. Love the Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment (MOLLE) versatility, and added a small pouch to the front as you can see in the photo - this extends the carrying capacity/practicality without adding anything much in terms of size and weight. A very happy customer, would definitely recommend one of these - but DO make sure you measure it up first as the internal pocket is JUST big enough for a Microsoft Surface Go (10") with keyboard attached. Anything bigger would be a struggle...

I purchased the 12 litre version to use for days out to cover as many eventualities regarding British summer weather as possible.I was able to put a small, folding umbrella in one of the external net pockets & a small flask in the other.Inside I had room for sunglasses, reading glasses (both in their cases) a book, my inhaler spacer, a light V neck jumper (folded neatly) &, when it stopped raining, a light summer jacket (folded neatly) as well as a tour guide for the naval dockyard at Portsmouth.I'm 6'1" with a 46" chest. With the straps adjusted to their maximum I had no issues using this as intended & carrying this on my back so I can only assume that those reviewers who couldn't didn't adjust the straps.I couldn't do up the cross strap that secures the arm straps to each other but I personally don't consider this important.If you want a backpack for a day excursion, you aren't taking more than the volume of the items I've listed & you pack the rucksack with some thought then this is just the job.If you want to carry more or are too lazy to pack it properly then get a bigger one.

A nice, well made backpack. Wanted a small backpack to put my Gym kit in, T-Shirt, joggers, Phone, car keys, water bottle, but this is about all it will hold, it is very small, you can't get trainers in too, and the water bottle holders are too small for a Nalgene bottle, you could just about get a 500ml bottle of coke in . The description says it is small, but I didn't realise how small it was, too small as a school bag, too small for a day pack, too small for anything really. Its better than the plastic carrier bag I was using, so I will probably keep it. Would I buy it again, no, but they do make a larger one, and it arrived early.

Kids size, I knew by other reviews this was a smaller bag which is just what I wanted! Regrettably the straps are also. This is most definitely onlly suitable as a child’s bag. I tried the straps on their maximum and they just fit round my armpits and were totally uncomfortable. I could not fasten the comfort strap on the chest that connects the two shoulder straps. If your about 6 to 8 stone & short this bag may fit you but seriously if your 10 to 12 stone your better trying something else. The bag itself is a well thought out quality bag but the straps are a joke. It would be suitable for a junior school bag and I would be well pleased if I had bought it for my kids but no way will it fit an average build male.

I needed a new bag for my daily commute to hold my books, sandwiches, and other gubbins.Well constructed small day sack - just what I was looking for a my daily commute or as a cabin bag.Does the job it's designed to do, seem strong and the fastenings are sturdy.One word of note is that the straps seem a little short - if you've got a chest any bigger than 40 inches it's going to be a tight squeeze using both straps.

The pack itself is excellent. However, one comment is that the shoulder strap webbing is short on adjustment. (- one star ! ) Could do with another four or so inches. I will add to mine. Bit of a hastle otherwise wearing with a jacket on!Yet all else is top notch. The iPad fits in the inside pocket like a hand in a glove. Overall pleased with the purchase and the purchase price. Use daily as day sac. Good size 12lts.

Bought this for when I take the dog running with me to put her leads, bags, treats etc. in. And it comes in use for when I need to make a shopping trip on the way home. I do however have to have the straps on the tightest possible so it doesn't rub my arms when I'm running but that's probably my fault for being so weedy, ha! Great buy. It's also not that small, honestly, I managed to fit two 4 packs of Heineken bottles, a jumper and my waist belt and earphones in the main compartment, that's all you need right?

I'd been looking for a compact, man-bag, back-pack for quite some time and must have bought 4-5 others before I found this one. Delighted with my purchase and use it whenever I go out to carry my phone, glasses, book, iPad, water, and other bits and pieces I need from time to time. The quality is excellent, the size is perfect, straps easy to adjust for back or just over one shoulder. Great for cycling too as it has a front strap to pull the 2 shoulder straps together. If you are considering such a purchase (and you must be if you are reading this!!), just buy it - you won't be displeased!
