During the holiday seasons, I tend to use a lot of flavoring. However, I do use some offering flavors, but when it comes to my pie baking, it has to be McCormick. This lemonade has an excellent taste. The quality is good and I can always depend on McCormick to deliver. For cookies, cakes, pies, and other baked good mcCormick is a brand you can depend on.. I purchased this every year for baking during the holiday season.

I make a lot of lemon flavored recipes and sauces and use bottled lemon juice when I don't have fresh lemons on hand. It works great only many recipes call for and need lemon zest to add that extra "zing" of flavor. A very small amount of this lemon extract is a great substitute for zest. In fact, my family never has mentioned they taste the difference because it provides a very similar flavor as lemon zest. You should be aware that the extract is pretty intense. Start with a small amount so you don't overdo it. I buy the large bottle because the 16 oz size offers great value for the money and as I mentioned...I use a lot of this stuff.

The Pure Lemon Extract was just what I needed and the price was just right. This was the second time I ordered it and was very pleased with the results.

Love this product it holds up well national brand , and it smells heavenly, I put a couple of drops in my muffin mix and the whole house smells amazing the taste is true to the flavor, thank you I would say this is a buy

I have a recipe for a Christmas treat that calls for lemon extract. Finally, I have found a quantity I need for a very reasonable price. Finding this in a large quantity at a great price lowered my cost appreciably for each cake I make.

The McCormick Culinary Pure Lemon Extract product is Great. And I've NEVER had this brand arrive with a cracked cap, which often happened with one of the other brands. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that once you remove the protective foil seal, the liquid leaks out from around the bottom of the cap whenever the bottle is not vertical. Which also means air is getting into the bottle. I'm going to wrap duct tape all around the bottom of the cap to try to seal it. It's a great product that just needs better packaging.

I really like using this for cake decorating for painting on fondant. It works well with Gold Luster Dust, Silver Luster Dust. It smells so good and adds great flavor to cakes. (I use it in my cake business)
