Very gassy - stomach bloats out. It caused an allergy (severe itching) to one family member. A person has to check on these factors before shifting to multigrain.

Sand like substance mixed when chewing it is felt in mouth,discarded .supplier should be cautioned.becareful accepting any product without quality check
