I love these hooks. I can use them the same way as any other aluminum crochet hook, with the option to add a "cable" thread, or something, if I want to use them for the Afghan stitch. They are a little bit longer than a regular crochet hook but not as long as an aluminum Afghan hook. So a really nice comfortable size. I have added a photo for comparison. This new hook is on the left and a Boye regular aluminum hook, and then a Susan Bates aluminum Afghan hook. Note that the sizes sold are basically a B hook, half way between an F and G hook, and a J hook. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I have never seen crochet hooks with "eyes" on the ends I wanted to try these out. The eye are very small on two of the hooks so you will have to use thin yarns with them or don't use the eye part. The largest hook has a fairly large eye and you can get most yarn through it. Try different things with them you will get interesting patterns

Could not locate similar item locally. It took extra time to arrive but I wasn't in a huge hurry so I didn't mind. Great value for the price.

Just got it 24 hours ago. Have not had a chance to use it but it meets exactly what I wanted and when o get time this weekend I will get to try them

I like then because they are exactly what i ordered but i didn't love that it took almost a month to get here.
