I got this to pair with a FIIO BTR3 receiver which then connects to a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro's. Both pair easily using the aptx HD codec - and the audio quality is very good indeed :)Was a doddle to setup and pair. Range for me reaches to about ~20m line of sight and ~10m when a wall is in the way - still that's amazing for bluetooth and plenty for my use case.One small niggle - this unit and my receiver pair using the aptx HD codec - which is great for quality audio - but occasionally I would prefer the aptx LL (low latency) codec for when I'm gaming or watching TV - some sync delay is evident on the aptx HD stream. Doesn't seem to be anyway to force the LL codec on either device :(Overall for the money - very good little unit.

fter the bluetooth in my laptop conked out, I needed a replacement that would kill two birds with one stone.I wanted something with Bluetooth 5 that would allow me to connect to 2 devices at the same time. This allows me to do so, and it also allows me to wireless transmit my PS4 optical audio out to my wireless headphones so I can watch movies loud at night.The device itself seems a lot lighter than I expected. But it functions as I thought it would, I've not experienced any dropouts as of yet and the sound is decent too. Battery life seems okay, I've not really tested that properly yet, but I suppose if you get around 5 hours that would be good enough. I'd love a smaller unit in the future that could clip to my wired headphones to make those wireless.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  It does work with two Bluetooth headphones without lags or out of sync issues which was our main thing. Me and my wife sometimes watching TV when our little one is asleep in the bedroom and this is perfect solution for us. Actually is a overkill for us with connection options but we do use HD codec with our headphones.So far all good.

I purchased this to update my old but still capable sound system I use in my garage. Dead easy to install so now have the entire music collection from my phone instantly available. This little gadget has given a new lease of life to my old ipods and to my lap top. It works perfectly and I am really pleased with this device.

Have been trying to connect two bluetooth speaker with my PCs to enhance the sound quality but couldn't do without additional hardware. Item arrived quickly yesterday, immediately hooked it up with my two Bluetooth speakers. Very easy to set up and work as expected!

Absolutely No Improvement in Range what so ever - Returned

interrupted transmission when receiver in adjacent house room. Started malfunctioning (sound would cut off for long periods) after a few months
