Great Quality and Very Functional
I have used a few Zuca products over the past couple of years and have always been impressed with their quality, and this business backpack is no exception. It's definitely built to last with almost all ballistic nylon construction and has a quality look and feel. I also like that it doesn't look like a sports/school backpack as many others do. It has great balance and stands up on it's own even with only a laptop in it. The main compartment has a padded laptop sleeve and a zippered pocket great to store a mouse, cords and accessories; but also can store much more in that main compartment as well (I regularly carried a portable monitor, snacks and other miscellaneous items in addition to my laptop/accessories). It has open feel that makes it easy to organize and access your things. The two pockets on the left side are great to store cords and adapters or sunglasses, the zipped flap on the right side opens up and offers a place to organize your miscellaneous extras (gum, pens, small flashlight, fingernail grooming kit, etc.), including a detachable key loop. The front pocket is great for a tablet or notebook. The backpack has plenty of room and holds all of my business essentials and then some, but note that my 15.6" laptop is pretty much at max capacity for the height of this backpack. There are no water bottle pockets, but that wasn't a big deal for me because my water bottles don't typically fit in those pockets anyway. Great quality and design. I don't think you can do better for the price.UPDATE: I've had this backpack for nearly a year now with daily use and it still looks new and still find that the function still fits my needs perfectly.

Looks & Fits Great With Zuca Pro & Holds 17" MacBook Pro
I used to bring a separate rolling computer case with me on all of my trips, I have since replaced that with the Zuca Pro (zuca.com) and this great matching backpack.I am not a person who normally would ever carry a backpack, but this one is actually comfortable! I will most likely use it to carry over one shoulder instead of as a backpack, unless I am dressed in casual jeans or something similar.Mainly I will use it as my "personal item" as one of my two allowable carry-on items instead of my purse. I just place my wristlet or small purse inside! It is of very high quality and the pockets are easy to use, don't stick out too far when full and they organize everything I need making my things very easily accessible. It always looks neat and never sloppy like some backpacks with pockets hanging out everywhere and catching on things.Additionally, and very important to me, it actually fits on top of my Zuco Pro rolling carry-on easily and looks great too! The Zuca Artist Backpack was too wide to fit on the Zuca Pro in my opinion and looked like it was not a good fit. This bag also has nice padding on the pocket panels where needed to protect the contents. Most importantly, it actually holds my 17" MacBook Pro nicely in it's protective neoprene case too! I am very pleased with this purchase.HIGH QUALITY!

A Great Business Backpack for the Money -- but not perfect!!
I have tried many backpacks as business cases - Briggs & Riley, Tumi, Timbuk2, and Travelpro to name a few. None have really worked - for one or more reasons. However, when I was recently looking at a Travelpro sale and doing an Internet search, I found the Zuca Business Backpack. Given its price, I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be a winner. Here is why.First, it is more of a square bag than a long rectangle. It has adequate space for items such as cables, chargers, and the such. With three side cases, you can put a lot into the bag and still have it organized. When you open up the compartment, several things strike you. First, flag is big and rectangular - allowing quick access to the files and papers. Second, the main compartment has a section with two dividers where papers and file folders can be stored. The result - I can get quick access to anything that I need. Finally, the bag does a nice job of being so designed that it does not tip over when placed on the ground. Is it perfect? Hardly. The quality of the bag is not up to that of a Tumi, Briggs & Riley, or even eBags. Second, the warranty is a joke - one year! Third, it is not security friendly - you cannot unzip the computer compartment from the rest of the bag. The chain for attaching your keys is cumbersome and difficult. While everyone else has a clip type system, the Zuca requires that you threat your keys onto a chain - yuck. However, for pure functionality and practicality of design, it is a winner. It is the most practical business backpack out there - period!!!

Cheap Material.
Waste of money! I purchased it for my wife whom is a makeup artist and the material is cheap. The entire top where the Zuca logo stitching began ripping, the bottom has a small tear and a zipper broke. For the price, I recommend buying something else.

Excellent Product
After launching a career change into corporate training, I knew I'd be doing some travelling. In the last few years I've not been a world traveler but I'm doing more than I did before the new job. I wanted a bag that I could carry on, would hold a lot of stuff and be rugged. ZUCA is all that and more. I typically go out for 3-5 days. I can get two suits, two shirts, shoes, underwear/socks/2 ties, shaving kit and more in the carry on. The backpack easily holds my laptop, a projector, maybe a shirt or two, lots of assorted stuff (wallet/cell/$$/5 hr energy drink), books & magazines. Anything longer than these rips I'd check a bag but for most of my travel, ZUCA rocks. This should tell you something. Nearly every trip, someone will comment on the bag/backtop. It looks indestructible, doubles as a seat (yes, I've used it for that) and is just different. I've thought maybe my next career move should be applying to ZUCA.These products are the real deal. Rugged, utilitarian and unique. I recommend it with no hesitation.
