Unhappy Custamer
Its made for a one hole counter top. I had to buy a cover plate to cover up the other two holes on my counter top. Where my old hot and cold valves were. The faucet is lose because if I try to tighten it. It starts to leak. I also had to by two water supply lines. The supply lines it comes with are not for a standard U.S. 3/8 water valve. With all the extras I bought and a faucet that is lose. I should have just spent a little more money and gone to Home Depot and bought a name bran faucet.

Not bad for the price. (mine leaks)
Bought one for my home bathroom.Overall it's ok. The sensor works "ok" and it's reach is very close to the spout. Basically you have to hold your hands very close to the spout and/or sensor to get it to activate. Would of been nice if the activation area was larger (farther out and lower spread). After installing it did leak from the spout a little (drips), which have since disappeared. Hopefully it stays that way.In summary:Pros:-Pretty decent price for what you get.-Relatively straight forward to install.-Good build quality (externally)-Battery powered so you don't have to have an AC outlet.Cons:-It leaked briefly, so long term longevity may be of concern.-Sensor could definitely do with a larger activation area (not so close to the spout, which almost makes it a touch faucet!)-When activated, water stays on for 1.5 seconds. I don't know who washes their hands that quickly. To get it to stay on longer is a touch tricky (no pun intended).**************************June 12, 2015 Update:I hate to give bad reviews, but I think it's also a "duty" to advise other customers. My faucet now has a constant drip from the spout that does not stop. I'm going to take it apart when time permits to see if it's a simple fix. Because of this I have to give it 2 stars at most.On a positive note, the instruction manual details how to adjust the activation "window", although it's a generic manual for several models.

Leaky faucet.
Leaked and leaked from inside the unit. Took it apart and found that the temperature regulator valve leaked, and I still don't know why. Since I needed the other parts that did work for another faucet that also did not work, I did not return it, but it means that the one working faucet made from the two ended up costing twice the price. Such is life, but I will look for another more careful brand in the future.

The others were replaced multiple times due to multiple issues like leaking at base
I have purchased 6 units. I now only have 1 original. The others were replaced multiple times due to multiple issues like leaking at base, water gushing under sink, wont turn off all the way. For the most part, once I go good units they are fantastic.
