Really like this cleanser. I've used it for 4 weeks and its not drying. Its very similar to the Thatchers milky cleanser. I use both. If price is a factor I think the Thatchers is a good alternative. I use the Paula's at night and I've been impressed.

A great cleanser! It effectively removes makeup and daily buildup without leaving the skin feeling dry or stripped. Both my husband and I use it, and it works well for both of us. Gentle yet effective!Would be 5 if it was a bit more cost effective.

I’m 52yo. My Dermatologist recommended Paul’s Choice Pore Reducing Toner & 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant specifically to address my pores. This combination has worked wonders on my face. When I found this cleanser I purchased right away. Let’s combine even more I thought! At first I didn’t think this cleanser was anything special over the CeraVe Foaming Facial cleanser I was already using but I stuck with this. It’s now been 1-1/2 months of using this & wow!! what a noticeable difference! With this cleanser having Hyaluronic Acid in, I feel makes all the difference as it’s hydrating my skin as I’m cleansing it. The aloe is an added benefit. My skin is the softest it’s ever been. My texture is more smooth & what was very noticeable pigmentation from the sun & acne scarring has begun to fade. My texture truly feels more balanced just as it’s described! What’s more amazing with this cleanser is I really only need a HALF pump to lather up my face. I was using a full pump & had excess soap so I reduced it & learned a half was perfect. This 6.4 ounce bottle lasts me awhile using it morning & night. There’s no scent & it’s not irritating to my sensitive skin. It’s very gentle. For the price this is truly a quality facial cleanser & I’m so happy I found it. I utilize Amazon’s subscribe & save so I save a little more & order at my convenience. I can’t say enough about this cleanser! Give it a try! For under $20 it’s worth it. This is my favorite facial cleanser I’ve ever used! One more positive is I don’t have that striped feeling, skin tightness after cleaning. I tone with my face still damp & move onto my serums. I only use the exfoliant a couple nights a week because over using it is too harsh on my skin. The combination of the 3 is wonderful but this cleanser sticks out above all others! I highly recommend this!!

This is one of my fav cleanser, it makes my skin feel clean and soft, what I like the most is the softness, any other cleanser can clean but the moisture it's the difference.

I have had a problem with Rosacea for 3 1/2 years with it covering the area between my eyebrows, my nose, and my cheeks looking like a bad sunburn plus tiny pinhead pimples.Prescription products are expensive and not covered by insurance. I tried so many over the counter products with no success until I found this product. I remember hearing Paula's reporting on standards for make up and skincare that were not harmful so I trusted giving this a try.My skin is sensitive, aging and has occasional breakouts.It is the first product that has soothed my skin and really made a difference for all my issues.

On what planet is this a foaming cleanser? I switched to this after my last foaming cleanser ran out (it was actual foam). This is a cream or plain old liquid soap cleanser. Very confusing. It works fine. It’s “fine”. I won’t repurchase but will probably keep it in my cupboard for a few months in case I run out of my other favorite foam cleanser.
