I liked this timer good to look at cheerful and cheeky. good size and works well with a nice long and loud ring.

Absolutely disgraceful !! I liked the look of this as a secret Santa present, however, on opening the initial packaging the box it was in was torn and tatty and on testing the timer it did not work at all ..... a complete waste of money leaving me now 1 present down with no further time to shop

I had one of these Chef timers ages ago (which had lasted for years and years and years) and never thought I'd find another to replace it but finally found him. I was so happy to find this traditional Chef clockwork timer with the tick tick tick down, so easy to use, no batteries needed and lovely loud alarm. However despite my initial love affair on occasion I found that chef seemed not to have alarmed so over time have stopped using it. If not reliable why use? Def did not last as long as my first clockwork Chef purchase by over a decade short! Not sure if the lack of protective packaging for transit meant it got damaged but sad that my fave timer didn’t last as long as the first one.

Very disappointed it looks beautiful but once the timer is up....NO SOUND NO BELL NO NOTHING will be sending it back
