Very good sturdy cable. Works reliably but is a bit stiff.
Another quality Anker product. The cable is thick, and appears sturdy. I've tried it with an iPhone X, iPhone 6s, and iPad Air on the lightning side. I've used an Apple 60W USB C power supply, RAVPower 61W PD USB C power supply, 2018 MacBook Pro, and an Ubio portable battery pack with USB C. It has worked flawlessly with all of them. The cable also includes a velcro cable tie to keep the cable organized - a nice added feature. About the only negatives so far is that the cable is very thick and stiff. Perhaps to a fault. The lightning jack is pretty sturdy, but this cable can put a fair amount of stress on it. The cable is also stiff to use or store. It isn't bad enough to take away a star though. The molding around the plugs on each end and strain reliefs are solid as well. I didn't have any issues with any of the cases my devices are in, but it is possible that the thicker connector could interfere with some cases. I did some quick testing with a USB C tester on the iPhone X. With all 3 power supplies listed above the supply output 5V at low current. The iPhone was mostly charged at the time, so it may change with when the phone is discharged. I can't really comment yet on long term durability or reliability as I've only had it a few days, but as written above it appears as if it will hold up well. Update Oct 31, 2019 I can now verify that an iPhone X will go into fast charge mode with this cable. I let the phone discharge to 69%. When I connected this cable to the iPhone and a RavPower 61W PD power supply, with a meter inline in initially started at 5V. After a few seconds it switched to 9V. It began charging at 9V at slightly over 1 amp, so slightly over 9W. This still isn't that high rate, but I expect if the battery was further discharged it would get closer to 18W. In any event it did switch to 9V, so properly entered fast charge mode. This cable meets any MFi checks the iPhone X (w/iOS 13.2) performs.

Great purchase!
I recently purchased the Anker USB C to Lightning Cable (6ft), and it has been an absolute game-changer for my charging needs. The Anker USB C to Lightning Cable is a high-quality, durable cable that is perfect for charging and syncing your iPhone, iPad, and AirPods Pro. The cable is 6 feet long, which makes it perfect for use at home, in the office, or on the go. One of the best things about this cable is that it is MFi certified, which means that it has been approved by Apple and is guaranteed to work with all of your Apple devices. The connectors are also well-made and fit snugly into your devices, which helps to prevent damage and disconnections. Overall, the Anker USB C to Lightning Cable is a great choice for anyone looking for a high-quality, durable cable that is guaranteed to work with all of their Apple devices. Works as promised! Cable DOES fast charge iPhones. Only enabled at lower battery levels.
I purchased the below Anker products to get fast charging for my iPhone Xs Max. I'm writing this review after I performed a few different tests. As soon as I received my 5-port charger, I connected the USB-C to Lightning cable and was expecting to hear a double-beep. I didn't, nor did I see any notification that my iPhone was fast charging. I started doing some research and decided to download an iOS app called "Amperes Lite" which shows you the current status of battery charging on your iOS device. Test 1: I connected a standard USB to Lightning cable. Max wattage was 9.52. My battery level was already at 90% when I started this test. Test 2: I connected the NEW Anker USB-C to Lightning cable. The max wattage was still 9.52. The battery level was still at 90%. This is when I was expecting a double-beep or some notification stating that my iPhone was fast charging. But nothing. So I hit up the internet. Basically, it seems that any Apple device that supports fast charging ONLY does so when the battery level is really low. Not only this but fast charging continues till about 75% full then slows down. At this point, I decided to drain my battery and try again later. Test 3: With the battery now below 20%. I then connected the Anker USB-C to lighting cable to the PD port on the 5-Port and ran the test again on my app. SUCCESS. The results showed a max charge rate of 14.28 watts. I don't know what all this means but I do know that my battery was around 10-15% when I connected the charger. I went to brush my teeth, get ready for some meetings and when I came back about 30 minutes later, my battery was near 80% charged. So there you have it. It does work but you might not hear a double-beep or see some screen notification. By the way, I also confirmed this with the car charger connected to the PD port. - Charger: Anker 60W 5-Port Desktop Charger with One 30W Power Delivery Port - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B072K5ZJXF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Car Charger: Anker USB C Car Charger, 30W 5.4A 2-Port Type C Compact Car Charger with 18W Power Delivery - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GZ78R6D/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - Cables: Anker USB-C to Lightning Cable [3ft Apple MFi Certified] - https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07H24PJGP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I’ve been buying Anker iPhone cords for ages - always finding them to be an MFI certified, more affordable alternative to Apple brand cords. They’ve always held up well - certainly longer than the brand ones. On this last purchase however I obviously had a dud as this 6’ USB-C 6’ cable pooped out less than a week after my 30 days to return on Amazon was up. (Btw as soon as you start to hear that noise folks - like a very quiet law & order bump bump - get that charger out of your phone because it’s losing its connection and draining your battery!) I figured I was out of luck but I wasn’t going to take a risk with my brand new iPhone 13. On a whim though I contacted Amazon customer service via chat, explained the situation and they gave me a link to contact Anker about the problem. And BOOM! They contacted me back, asked me to send them a screenshot/pic of the order receipt, a pic of the Anker logo on the cord and to provide my mailing address. Then they told me my replacement cable would be on its way and I’d receive the shipping tracking soon. All of this was in less than 24 hours. The next day was Sunday but Monday morning I had another email with the shipping tracking number for the replacement. Every company will have glitches now and then. But this might be the best customer service I’ve ever had post-Amazon return time. Anker has my business for good.

Reliable Charging Companion
The Anker USB C to Lightning Cable is undoubtedly a reliable charging companion for your Apple devices. Here's why it earns a solid 4-star rating from me: MFi Certification: The MFi certification ensures compatibility and reliability with my Apple devices, providing peace of mind that my devices are protected while charging. Durable Construction: The Powerline II technology offers durability, and I've found it to be resilient against everyday wear and tear. However, I've noticed that it's not entirely immune to fraying over time, which is why I'm giving it a 4-star rating. Efficient Charging: The cable supports Power Delivery, allowing for fast and efficient charging. I've experienced quick charging times, which is a definite plus. Optimal Length: At 6 feet long, the cable provides ample length for charging convenience. However, I've found it to be a bit cumbersome to carry around when traveling, especially compared to shorter cables. Overall, the Anker USB C to Lightning Cable is a reliable and efficient charging solution for Apple device users. While it has some minor drawbacks, such as potential fraying and length issues, its performance and quality still merit a solid 4-star rating.

Cables
I’m in late middle age. Who am I kidding? I’m bordering on old. When I was a kid, I couldn’t fathom what it would be like to be the age I am, but yet here I am. To be clear, I'm not wholly disappointed. I've achieved a certain level of success in my chosen profession. Not what I expected when I was in school, but I may have had unreasonable expectations of success or the sacrifices that would've entailed. I would like more but I recognize that so many have less that it would be unseemly to complain. I remember a cross-country car trip when I was 22. It's hard to fathom now but I left one coast armed with nothing but a CB radio and some CDs/tapes, driving a car that I'm shocked crossed the Rockies in one piece. Yes, you get bored listening to your own music and find yourself somewhere in Wyoming looking for anything on the dial, anything that tells you you're not completely alone. However, I also think there's something to be said for a long trip without your cell phone, of being with your own thoughts, without the din of instant takes from people lacking knowledge but, as Yeats put it, “full of passionate intensity.” Whatever it is will be there at the end of the trip. If it’s truly urgent news, you’ll find out at the next rest stop. Oh yeah, the cable. It's a USB-C cable. It charges things. What else could you expect?

Anker is reliable.
Over the years I've purchased numerous Anker products and have never been disappointed. Their quality is as good as the manufacturer's original parts or even better at times - and of course, at a better price.

Concerned as to the longevity of this product
Overall the item is as per description, 10 feet USB C to lightning, braided strand sheath and seems to be of solid construction, however I was disappointed to find out that this item had previously been opened and as such I am concerned as to how much the item will last as I have no idea how the item has been handled in the past.

A good quality alternative to Apple's costly cable
I’ve been using the Anker USB C to Lightning Cable (6 ft, White) for a few weeks now and honestly, I’m really impressed. It’s simple, reliable, and exactly what I needed. The length is great: 6 ft gives me enough freedom to use my phone comfortably on the sofa while it charges. The cable feels sturdy and well made and much more durable than the basic charger cables I used before. Charging is fast and seamless, and it syncs with my iPhone and iPad without any fuss. Overall its a quality piece of kit. If you want a good quality and economical cable which is a good alternative to Apple’s cable, this is it. 5 Stars.
