you have to use a lot to get a rich curry flavor and there is not that much of it in the jar. Its too expensive for such a small amount.

I loooooooove this stuff
It's a shame I can't seem to find it locally anymore. Its a great curry paste better than any store bought brand I've tried. I purchased it once when I was in Jamaica and was pleased to see that they carry it in the US. It's so much better then making it from scratch all you do is spread/marinate and cook.

A letdown
Not very hot or savory, Disappointing product and surprisingly so for Walker's Wood. Probably why it was not easy to find.
