This solid perfume smells great. It is not overwhelming, it is "just right". I love the smell of vanilla and the smell of sandalwood, so it only made sense to order this particular scent from the choices listed. I was looking for a solid perfume to carry in my very small purse, and this "fit the bill" perfectly. The seller includes an informative card with your purchase describing the best way to wear her product. Although the container is quite small, I believe the perfume will last quite a while because it doesn't take too much to provide a noticeable and wonderful scent. Highly recommend.

Beautiful mature scent! Don't be fooled by the seemingly small size -- it lasts a long time. You might have to breathe on it a little to soften it when you apply it, but if you're someone who prefers a subtle, warm scent, this is the best. Soften it with your breath and rub your finger in circles to pick up product to apply, rather than digging your nail in. Lots of perfumes give me headaches, so the lack of alcohol and the pureness of the scent is perfect to keep me feeling good. I like to layer this with my Longtake basil and vetiver scent. Just bought three more scents from the seller to try! (amber, rose, and tuberose)

Nice little tin and lovely packaging. Scent is not overpowering but definitely more vanilla than sandalwood. ETA: After seeing this review the seller offered a refund if desired, but I feel it is more my fault for not seeing the vanilla in the product description. It is nice to know they stand behind their products. Upped rating by one star.

I guess I can’t really complain as they say you get what you pay for. I was excited to receive this as I love Sandalwood and years ago used to purchase wax perfume and lotion from a company online. This was a small tin and there was hardly any scent to the wax. I wouldn’t purchase again as it didn’t smell wonderful like my previous purchases.

Smells really good! I use a Q-tip to apply it because I don't like it on my finger. I put it on my pulse points and it lasts a long time. I keep it slightly open in my car and it makes a nice air freshener.
