APCC 1/2" x 50 FT. Shock Cord - STD

Made a zip line in the backyard for the kids. The braking system was going to made from bungee cord, so I needed alot of it---about 30' total. And had to be heavy enough for repeated use and stopping some big kids. Found this on Amazon and made the purchase. The right stuff, heavy duty, weather resistant, and got a roll of 50'. Had enough to double-up the cord for the brake line, and no longer worry about the big kids slamming into the tree. Fast service and great price. Looked around for local retailers, but forget about it--shopping Amazon is the only way to go.

Did not hold up well for the price. Unravelled and became unsafe. Would not recommend this for outdoor zip line for kids.

We ordered the bungee cord a few days before a Thanksgiving meal at our house. My husband was tweaking the zip line in the back yard. We really needed that bungee cord to keep the kids from hitting the barn! It came the day before the big party and it worked like a charm! Thanks for the quick service and high quality cord.

My old bungee brake cord started fraying because it rubbed against a tree when it was fully extended. I won't make that mistake again. This 50' roll allowed me to make a brake for my 200' run that reaches 20 mph with enough left over for a second brake if something happens to this one.

Good product. I tied this to a tree and to a block on my zip line. The kids love the whip back as the bungee flips them back at the end of the ride.

Have USD this for multiple tasks and its never disappointed

this cord has been holding up perfict for two years now. i use it to stop people up to 360 lbs, (so far), from hitting a palm tree. i have recomended this to others.

I'm not a climber, just a guy who needed shock cord to help with various jobs around the house, boat and camper. Really nice cord, just exactly as it displayed.
