We love this product. We have added weights to the legs as we have no way of securing it and it is very secure, we have also added voile curtains which are tied back in each corner. The product is well made and you have to take your time to ensure you build it correctly as the instructions are a bit sketchy to say the least. I would recommend this product even thought the price has gone up since we bought it a few months ago.

This is a fab item, very sturdy and not flimsy at all. Took a couple of hours to put up with two of us, but if you work methodically with the instructions it all comes together nicely. You do need steps to get up to fix the whole thing together from the top. The only reason i have given it a 4 star is because i could not get the middle of the canvas to fit on the middle bar at all! the hoops supplied are just not long enough. They are also a cheap product that lets the whole thing down. Anyway i am not bothered about the roof a i don't want it i purchased a camouflage net to go over the top of mine as its much more aesthetically pleasing than the concertinered roof supplied with it.

Item arrived in quick time. One of the legs got damaged in transit and they were quick to arrange delivery of another leg which was also slightly damaged. Overall the pergola looks very nice once assembled

Easy to assemble.

WARNING Good sturdy product - but when the canopy needs replacement they don't do one for this size. Tried very hard to get them to provide one but they won't budge. They say "6 months warranty" and that's it! There's nothing else that fits so the whole thing is now junk - after only 2 summers. AVOID.

Put this up in about 4 hours, ideally needs two people. Well made and finish is good. As normal you need your own good quality key as there are loads of bolts. Great value, but remember its got holes in the roof for water drainage so its not totally water proof, but you should stay dry in a light shower. Overall I would recommend, but just take the slight limitations into account.

Took a while to erect and looks very nice BUT the canopy doesn't retract like the images or the description. There is a fitment in the centre pole that prevents this from happening (see image). The supplier confirmed this is correct and that they will amend their descriptions accordingly but they haven't to date! So if you don't need the canopy to retract fully, then you should be happy with this product. But for us, we wanted the flexibility of being able to retract it in heavy rain and this isn't possible so we will have to completely remove it which is a pain. The canopy fittings are a little rattly and noisy in the wind.

This is so good. My son put it up by himself in about an hour it’s been up like that for a few weeks now and it’s took very strong winds. Absolutely over the moon with it
