The media could not be loaded.  I had almost 60 years cooking experience and I love studying cooking healthy, delicious meals for my family and friends,So I tried lots of cooking wok, skillet and I love the cast iron skillet/ pot, safety, durable, easy clean… I had the lodge skillet up 15 years, very good for cooking any meals, but I don’t like the one said long handled,I don’t like the only 2inch deep… I did a lot shearing and I bought the lodge skillet 12 inch double handle, but the bottom not enough room, and not deep enough for I need and I returned and find the new brand “ Cruible cookware” , I love it so much, very good design and very good quality and heavy duty,. I cook any meals can with out the oils spill protection…I used dish washer- vegetable oil- 450 * one hour in the oven/, and two times heat skillet 450-500 , put on the oil. Then Done!!

Just right for a whole chicken, a large steak or any baking. The handle coverings work pretty well.

I just unboxed this BIG pan. I wanted a large pan when I make lots of sausage, bacon, pancakes or french toast or whatever I need to cook in a larger fry pan. It is decently deep, so it can hold quite a bit. You can see in one photo of it on my induction stovetop that it is slightly larger than the largest burner. Since it is a cast iron pan, it will heat evenly although it is slightly larger than my biggest burner. I do like the silicone handles that come with this pan. They fit exactly and I don't have to grab potholders. It works great in high temps in the oven too. The final test will be to see if it holds up for months and years like my other cast iron pans.

I purchased the 10 and 12 inch set. The price was great and I love the silicone handle covers. An awesome value. Took a bit of seasoning to get them into non stick territory, but well worth it. And that's the case with all new cast iron. I'm planning on switching to all cast iron or enameled cast iron cookware. Nothing else comes close. Not only does the food taste better, but the even heat distribution is unsurpassed. Plus if you take care of them; they'll literally outlive you.

It does what is it made for. Excellent pan. All iron pans require specify cleaning instructions, so following those to keep it useful.

This is a nice size pan but it is quite heavy so if you have any weakness or injury in your hands arms or shoulders, this is not for you. Also, these iron pans rust easily so after washing you must dry and oil it down inside and out.

I seasoned this pot as laid out in the instructions. After 3 or 4 uses, it works great and was on sale for a very good price when I bought it. The silicon handle covers included are a great touch also. I would definitely recommend it.

Es magnífica, hacía tiempo que quería una pieza de hierro fundido por los recuerdos de mi niñez en casa.No me ha defraudado, esto lleva la cocción a otro nivel. Es verdad que requiere un poco mas de cuidado, pero con un poco tiempo la pieza (sartén-plancha-cazuela baja) se mantiene en perfecto estado.Muy contento con mi compra.

Mui buena cualidad, me encanto.Mantiene el calor de forma mui eficiente, perfecta para el preparo de cortes anchos de carne.Como todas las sertans de fierro fundido deve se usar una buena camada de aceite para no pegar.
