Excellent product! Simple and functional. These trusses do take a little getting used to. Not long after I bought the first one, I found that the straps were slipping and getting looser. After some fiddling, I discovered that if you pull each strap out of its buckle and reposition it by weaving it under, over and under the three horizontal metal strips within the buckle (and then back under the first one), it holds just fine and stays that way, good and tight, indefinitely (see photo). I have used these trusses for over six years now, with no worsening of my hernia. They have made it possible for me to exercise and lead a relatively normal life. Highly recommended.

First let me say that the BUYING experience was FLAWLESS. The seller did everything they were supposed to quickly and professionally! This criticism is against the MANUFACTURER!This is the 3rd Sportaid Hernia Truss that I have bought (Not all from the same seller). The first two were 5-Star quality. Worked better than expected, lasted longer than expected, and were at least as comfortable as could be expected. But the third suffered what I can only guess was a manufacture's desire to cut costs.The under-leg strap was thin and weak with a rough edge. The thinness and weakness prevent it from giving good compression to the hernia. The thin, rough edge means it digs in exactly where you don't want something digging in. The only reason I didn't return this product was because I still had two straps left from the previous purchases. Thick/strong straps with a softer texture and rounded edges.

Simple and works well. As comfortable as I'd expect wrapping my waist with elastic and Velcro.

I have a minimal bulge Inguinal Hernia. The bulge does not show, but I can feel it. This works fine for me but when I play squash (for those of you who don't know what squash is, it is like racquetball but about as intense as a fast paced basketball or soccer game), I find that the straps come loose and the Velcro bites into your skin. For exercising like lunges, squats etc. this works just fine.

Very uncomfortable

New, excellent quality, arrived rather quickly, inexpensive, functioned well. Thank you for a very satisfactory product at one-fifth the cost in the medical equipment store where I almost bought one similar to this.

I like it. This is my second one. I work outdoors in Florida so it gets wet from sweat so I need a spare between washings. My first one is getting a "little" frayed but has a lot of life left in it. It's comfortable and makes me feel secure. The price is very good for this product. I'd like to try a spring type because they look durable but the price is prohibitive and I have no idea of the comfort or effectiveness of them. I am happy with this product, and I'm not easily pleased.
