the hernia belt does work . I am on my third day but there are adjustments , you will have too address and in my case some major modifications. one of the reviews suggested to buy on the large side and I did . I am 41" on the fence between med and large so on the recomendation I chose the large. now I am forced to take about 4" out of the belt

Yes they work.but put to much pressure on my hernia. Wore it today it was fine for bout 1 hour and then began to add pressure...I can see how it helps.

The fit is a bit strange and I had to make some modifications to it so I could wear it comfortably

Didn`t work well
.The wide straps rub on your legs and it didn`t hold the rupture in like it was suspose to do.
