It is in consistency and size very much like table salt or sugar.

Q: Is it possible to get this brand in a larger size? I've tried other brands, and they didn't dissolve well.

I don’t know about other sizes; I suppose if they weee available they’d be listed on the site. As for dissolving, I have had no trouble with this one dissolving. I always use it in a warm or hot liquid, but it always dissolves no problem as I mix it in the normal course of making a recipe.
