An excellent, thick writing surface with good-looking wood trim to match the desk.

This desk pad arrived in a box within another box so it was fully protected from the elements outside. It's a nice leather blotter for an expensive credenza I just purchased and looks good on top. My only wish is that it had been not so brown but this was my own 'mistake' - it really is a chocolate brown as described, not a walnut brown which would have been a better match for me. The pad seems to stay in place if I don't put my elbows on top. The entire top is leather and the same color as the side rails which keeps it from being obtrusive - personally I don't plan on using blotter paper but if I was I'd definitely use a brown to keep it toned down versus a stark white. For my purposes this is a good product and appears to be well made - I'm retired and only use a desk/credenza for paying bills and to hide ugly cable wires, router, modem, printer etc. so I'm pleased! I have added a picture to show the color of the pad on top of a desk.

The media could not be loaded. The size is perfect as it covers a comfortable portion of the desk. The color and material are a good quality. Such a good buy for the price. Quality!!!!

Originally, I purchased the Dacasso Pad with 'Luxury Leather Desk Blotter for Writing' and returned it because the pad was 'blotchy' which made it look cheap. However, this Dacasso Classic pad with rails in Dark Brown has a smooth pad with no blotchiness. For our desk it is a little big and I would have preferred a 30x18 but it did not come in that size. Nonetheless, the Dacasso Classic is very classy and good quality.

I like the smooth surface to write on. I also like the clean appearance of the brown leather and thin mat instead of too thick like the one I had before!

This is an excellent leather desk pad. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It arrived in a square package, unrolled. Needless to say, it looks absolutely beautiful on my desk and I believe I will have it for the rest of my life, which is why I went for quality in the first place. It is, however, on the pricey side, hence the 4 star rating. Other than that, a very good bargain.

I got this to go on my new $1600 desk. It's a large desk so this large pad looks great and will protect the wood. It matches well so it looks good. It's made of quality materials so I expect it to last a long time. Easy to write on. Sides will hold several papers if needed. I use them to keep notes organized through the day. I am so very please and would buy one as a gift if I knew someone with a new desk. Buy it to protect your desk!

I don't have the time/energy to return - but disappointed in the scratched leather. Outside of that, very nice.

This desk pad is exactly what I was looking for. The quality is excellent and I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a desk pad.

I was looking for a proper leather blotter pad for my new roll-top desk, and this item fit the bill perfectly. My only critique echoes some of the other reviewers, I only wish they had included a sheet of plotter paper with the desk pad.
