I can't believe that I purchased this item.1. The flow rate is not accurate, and 1" outlet is just to attract people. Pump power is not strong enough to fill the discharge.2. The motor driver is bad. it doesn't work properly. When I try to run the pump, I have to spend 20-30 mins to make the pump run by connect-disconnect the power until the motor gets running.I designed a new pump with a 3d printer and attached the motor. My design is 10x time powerful than the actual pump. However, as I said, the motor keeps failing.

The Oil was completely leaked out, the pump was shipped to my farm and didn’t work for even 1 hour.This is the worst investment I have ever made.Not too happy.

Very easy to install and works well. Compact and convinient.

Used once and it stopped working. It had steady 36v solar power, never ran while out of water. Unfortunately it broke after the return date had just ended.

I have gone through 4 of these pumps in past several months; and they all have failed between 20 and 90 days after installation. They pump a large amount of water and operate well for a very short time (NS242T-20 the 244w models). They are not worth the time, nor lost labor and connection materials for the continued failure rate. If they would last a year or longer then they might possibly be worth the investment...but not as they currently stand. Totally Disgusted with loss of dozens of hours of labor. FYI, Our well (3") is clear, shallow (~30') and slightly soft. We have two other 4" shallow wells which do not experience problems with their 3" solar water pumps.

1. This submersible pump is very powerful,does an excellent job of pumping water,very nice!2. Does a great job at our camp but takes about 7 min to pump up to 30lbs of pressure in our tank with about 17lbs of air in it. Only had it a short time but so far so good.3. So far my water pressure has been awesome. This pump supplies water for 3 houses. It was half the price of a box store pump and double the HP.I will highly recommend this.
