Will this let me use a traktor s4 and machine together? And will i still be able to use my vinyl decks or will this use 1 of the channels on the mixer

Think of this a sound card connected by USB. It will allow you to connect two line level Audio inputs. The other hardware you mention would still connect to your computer via USB as they do now.

What software (for Windows) would you recommend for recording vocals with the Komplete Audio 1 or 2?

ableton live. you can get the lite version for free

My mic is connected to my audio interface and my headphones are connected as well but I can’t not hear either my mic or the volume on the headphones.

adjust the gain, adjust the input/host balance. the make sure the unit is powered up and connected to the computer. check in your DAW that it is selected also

is there a bit of software where i can live view my mic and tweak it?

Not included with this no. But on a mac you can use the inputs settings to live view your levels, or in you DAW. The interface also has a meter on the top that live shows your levels.
