It literally has so much sugar. It says one scoop but yk I put like 1/5 of the scoop given in 350ml milk only then i can tolerate if i put more then i cant. I don't eat anything sugar and sugar is off my diet but because of this powder i am consumig sugar. They claimed to have no sugar. But if you are someone who eats alot of sugar then maybe you can tolerate but I don't think anyone can tolerate the entire scoop in one serve. I would say I like the flavour quite alot but it's waste for me. I will throw this in dustbin, money wasted. So dissapointed. Maybe change the formulation to no sugar because we are trying to gain weight not diabetes.

I bought 2 3 kg packs. Packing is good, you get 3 packs of 1 kg each in one jar with a scoop of 30 grams Mixability- it is ok, no lumps but the last sip has residue like you feel grains. Taste- oh man it's real sugary, i took 2 scoops with 400 ml milk, it really felt too sweet to bear. Results- will edit and give my input after a month or two of experience. But i think are are lot of fake reviews on this product at amazon praising it.
