It's not different
I have ben reading so much about Forever products that I ordered this as well .I have ben taking for a will now .But I don't see any difference from any other B12 supplement. It works same way as any other you only pay much more for it . Buy my opinion it's not worth the money, I can get much cheaper from Holland and Barrett.

I ordered for Forever Lycium Plus, instead, I was offered Forever B12 Plus, without any written explanation of its effectiveness and comparison to Forever Lycium Plus.In conclusion, I’m quite unhappy with the product.
