Gorgeous colors and smooth quality
I love these. The quality is wonderful. They are a little pricey but worth it. The quality is nice and they are a great size.

Great brand
This quality set for the money. These were soft and easy to blend and easy to break for shorter pieces but do not break when you are using. I used this for a class and the variety of colors was nice. You still may need to add specific colors if you are wanting very detailed effects for a wider range of values but a great base for pastel painting.

Excellent Value, Quality Product
I am an art hobbyist and am not being compensated for my review.I was suspicious that this was not a genuine Rembrandt product. After receiving it, I have no reason to doubt its authenticity. However, as others have mentioned, the edges have a weird kind of shine to them, kind of a waxy feel. The pastels themselves aren't waxy. Otherwise, they seem pretty solid.My only complaint is that some colors are very nearly identical, but this set contains only two colors that can even be called "red". I don't think the colors were chosen well. Some colors also have more of that rich, full distribution and blendability, while some feel more like blackboard chalk. That's par the course with different pigments, but some more consistency would be beneficial.Overall, a good buy. I definitely don't regret this and am going to be making a lot of use of this set!

so smooth and full of vibrant colors
I am so happy I got these!! they work so well and when used with the correct paper they can really make any image come to life with color!! highly recommend to anyone who would like to get into pastels!!

Nice chalks, worth the price
I got these for a pastel class…..I’m very happy with the color range, they aren’t too soft or too hard and blend well with my pastel pencils

Wonderful pastels
Smooth, quality product! Coating on outside of pastels made them easy to use and very smooth. Can feel the quality in creating. Bright, vibrant colors. Excellent quality for cost!
