Very Cool
I'm very pleased with the cooling effect of this pillow, although I don't like the plastic feel of the "cool side." I keep the pillow on the floor beside my bet, and when I am having a hot flash, I switch to my cooling pillow.

Hard plastic on one side soft on the other side so you can't have cool and comfortable together

The pillow is "fair". You get what you pay for. Invest more money.....you get a better pillow. I bought one for $30 at Bed,Bath, and Beyond and like it better.

Pillow is cheaply made, cheap acrylic filling, cooling gel only stays cool for about one hour.
