At first these were giving me nausea but it was suggested to me that I take it before bed. That did the trick! I love how packed these vitamins are and have taken them throughout the majority of my pregnancy.

I read the reviews and was sceptical that the size really was THAT much of an issue. But I did not take into consideration pregnancy nausea OR that these are uncoated. It was an ordeal to take these daily BUT they were great. I ran out at one point and immediately noticed and reordered.Top tip: take them with kefir or something else thick and flavored

I have been taking these since I was pregnant and am now 3 months postpartum and I can tell the difference when I take them versus when I haven’t in awhile. Not only are they helpful for my baby but my nails and hair are the longest they have been in awhile. I will say the taste is pretty bad if you can get past that as well as the taste lasting in my mouth for a little after taking it. It was difficult at first but just keep taking it and you will get used to it. Decently easy to swallow but they are a bigger pill.
