Q: Has anyone owned this chair for over a year? How does it hold in long term? Is it durable?

I have had this chair since 2013, using at least twice a week if not more. In 2016 the fake leather started breaking down and flaking off. Now all the first layer of skin is gone. Have called to see if there is a way to get replacement leather put on, customer service is not helpful. All other aspect of the chair work extremely well.

Q: Is this made with real leather or faux leather? Can 'White Glove' service be paid for?

It is NOT real leather, it is synthetic, or faux, leather. Real leather does not hold up to the rolling action of massage chairs. I'm not sure where the other responders got their information. Just go to the website for this chair and it clearly says synthetic leather, which is not leather at all.

I did not even get the chair I purchased on Dec,16! The seller provided a fake tracking number which did not work, they after I e-mail several times and the deadline for delivery was pushing a week late I got a delivery tracking number which said It was delivered to someone else on Jan,6! When I called and asked Why? The seller said because my address is no good I should google it! WOW the seller is obviously out of his mind if he thinks any SANE person is going to buy this crap. I`m filing fraud charges and reporting to Better Business Bureau!

Yes it does, Surprised me when it delivered. There are two airbags (one top and one bottom) of the armrest that press the muscle of your forearm.
