Very good asvusual

This is my all time favorite chocolate that I can’t get living in Hawaii. It is definitely expensive, but I thought what the heck. Unfortunately, the chocolates came all deformed because they got melted in transit and what I got was a solidified mess. The problem was that it effected the taste of the chocolate. I did not enjoy it and it wasn’t worth the money to get a melted and resolidified mess. It was a disappointment and waste of $.

Not as good as I had hoped. I am a decade long fan of Mozart Kugel, so I was really looking forward to this bar. You would think for $7.00 for a single candy bar, it had to be good. Kind of disappointed. It was just ok. Unwrapping it- it did not even look that good. When you look at a Godiva chocolate at least it looks wonderful. This was rather small, and just had a stale appearance in it's wrapper. The outer chocolate layer was mixed with nuts, or a rice- krispie-like ingredient, and was just so so. The marzipan was the best part of the bar....Save your money.This year I did order two regular assorted boxes of Reber Mozart Kugel marzipan candy on Amazon and it was very fresh and worth ordering. The interesting thing about this candy, it is really popular for the holidays. I think a lot of it is imported in October and November for the season, so this seems to be a good time in general to purchase it. So, in my experience, order the boxed pieces, not the piano bar.

I eagerly await these candy bars every holiday season. Although these are not holiday candy (I emailed Reber once and found that out), they only seem to show up then. My family really enjoys these bars. If you like marzipan with pistachio, these bars are worth a try.However, once the shipment arrived and there was only 1 candy bar and no display box, I felt compelled to edit this review.When I saw this listing I thought the shipment would include the bars shown in the photo, as the shipping weight is 2.5 pounds. Only one bar came. This listing needs to be edited to make it clear you only get one candy bar, and you don't get the display box. The title indicates "Reber Mozart Piano Bar in Display (spelling corrected), 1.6 ounce". While these are very good, in my opinion, they are not $5.99 good for one candy bar. The most I've paid at retail (World Market) is $2.99 per bar, and that seemed high.There is another listing for this product that shows a single candy bar, but sells them as a 4-pack, again overpriced, but not as much as this SINGLE bar. There is one more listing that sells 20 of these candy bars for nearly $100.So someone needs to change the image for this listing to show only ONE candy bar, because that is ALL you get. The price indicates there shouldn't be a lot of candy bars, but from the price points I've seen, there should have been as many as 3 for that price.
