Updating my review. Of these two, one is working great but the other one simply will not charge. I see no external damage to it and being metal wrapped you would think it would not stop working. I contacted the seller TWICE with no reply. I've downgraded my review from five stars to one star due to their non response. Sadly they do not stand behind their product.I've purchased four of these before for the regular USB because my puppy kept chewing through plastic cords. She left the Hoisan cords alone and it was GREAT. Then I replaced my phone with one with USB type C and DARN IT my previous ones from Hoisan were the wrong size, but I didn't hesitate coming back to them to order metal USB C cords. The pup leaves them alone and they charge my phone rapidly. I'm a very happy buyer and I'm gifting my previous ones to people with new pups!

My husband got this for me because out cat loves to chew up cords. I love the color and it works with my galaxy s8. If I had to make a complaint I would suggest the cord being longer.Update: I still love these however the connectors have bent making it harder to charge or make a connection with your phone if they aren't laying flat. Don't drop your phone while charging it and you'll be good.

This is a very well made product. I have gone through so many cables over the years from travel wear and tear to my 2 cats chewing through them. These have withstood both. The color is very nice as well.

Really is a fast-charge cable. I really like the metal look. I unplug and move my cables frequently, and after 2 months of constant use, it looks like these cables are going to hold up longer than my phone will. I would purchase again.

I just found out metal coated cables exist and im so happy i bought this (its pretty too). I've lost so many phone chargers from my sneaky bunny who likes to chew on cords... but this... will last!!!! (as long as you're not the person who detaches the cable by yanking the cable instead of gripping the end bit. I just wish they made longer versions. Over all no complains

Haven't failed me yet!! The gold is beautiful & the charge is just like my original fast charger that came with my galaxy s8+. Very satisfied customer.

Only one works. I love these chargers but one of mine doesnt work. So bummed.
