You must use an active DP to HDMI adapter or the dock will intermittently freeze (1 second interval) the laptop mouse and keyboard. I had success using the Plugable adapter, though I still get intermittent freezes. The port layout is seemingly random, the 2 TB3 ports are on the rear of the unit?. It takes a soft breath to dislodge the USB C connector. The right angle DC power plug blocks the DP terminal. DC power brick is almost as large as the dock. Function is OK once you get all the proper cables and adapters, design is not well thought out.
