Indian Spice Ajwan Seeds 3.5oz-

The seeds are aromatic and fresh-smelling. I have used them in several recipes and they taste great. I’ll definitely order again, but it’ll be some time because there’s a lot of seeds in the packet.

fresh seeds at a good price. I purchased them to season pinto beans as suggested to reduce digestive issues...tastes good and seemed to work!

I ordered this but when i received the bags one was ripped even though appeared to be packaged well. Perhaps when unpacking it was sliced with a razor knife, I do not know. I see that alot of that. The other bag was in tact and appeared to be strong and fresh although I cannot rate flavor as of yet until I cook with it. It dies smell wonderful

Cooking.

I used this product in a green bean dish and it blended into the dish perfectly. I only wish it came in a smaller quantity.

very pungent- the scent is like a combination of caraway, fennel and oregano. The flavor is very strong to and tastes like a mixture of celery seed, mint, oregano and thyme with a pleasant bitterness.

Very strong aroma and it smells very fresh. We will buy again.

Good for rice. Add a pinch of these along with a pat of butter and a pinch of cumin seeds. Authentic Indian flavor!
