So far so good!
Pretty much OEM replacement for 03' Ford Taurus OHV for and good price. Bought a replacement heater core and figured might as well change out the hoses too (recommended) since they looked in bad rusted shape internal and out and also put in a new water pump, thermostat, and coolant tank just about a whole cooling system besides radiator (next on my list). Great fit easy to install takes about an HR to change (took me about 4 hrs total with heater core and coolant tank) but works great I have heat now! And about 240,000 miles on the vehicle. Looks and performs good quality only time will tell but so far so good!:)

Tricky to get behind the engine against the firewall but once there fits like a glove!
I had some coolant issues on my '02 Taurus wagon a couple of years ago and took it to a local garage to get it fixed. Now it was time for the scheduled maintenance of a complete coolant flush. I decided to do it myself so checked out YouTube for any hints or problems that others faced on my vehicle. That's when I saw several videos showing this heater hose sub-assembly being replaced. I looked for it on my car and saw that the whole thing was missing! Ordered this part and it fit perfectly and included all clamps needed to replace the jury-rigged set up that my old mechanic had done. I hope this resists rust better than the OEM one did.

Pressure test before installation.
Just be sure to pressure test this assembly before going to all the trouble of installing it as I did. Unit had a pin hole leak right in one of the metal segments. You could see though the paint that it was found at the factory and was welded over and ground. But they did not get the entire hole filled and it cost me $25 in antifreeze and all the time to pull it out and install another one. So far the new one is fine, but we will see how long it lasts.

OEM Quality on a budget.
Used this to replace the heater hoses on an '03 Ford Taurus. Received it and it dropped right into place of the old unit that had been hacked up by the previous owner. The connections, fittings and hoses looked to be of OEM quality and should last the life of this car.

2002 Ford Taurus OHV
Fit perfectly and working well a month later. Used very small needle nose pliers to get clamps off hose. Replace the hose assembly if replacing heater core as they are known to rust out and the rust can clog the core and radiator and cause overheating.
